GET RID OF OBSTACLES!
In order for you to compete with any success on your first offer (which is the
home you really want), you should have fully approved financing up to your top
limit based on your down payment ability, etc. With such, you are able to remove
the seller-protective financing contingency and, if you are really brave, the
buyer-protective appraisal clause. There are other important elements you can
remove, but that’s for me to know and you to call about!
WHO YA GONNA CALL?
Here are some folks I am familiar within the “money doctor” category:
Brian Martucci of GetLoans.com started in the mortgage business in 1986. He has maintained a commitment to quality and customer service, bringing 20 years of experience to every transaction. He will help give you the information you need to have a smooth mortgage transaction. Contact Brian at 202-588-2400 or click
here to visit his website.
Susan Fitzgerald of Bank of America. Susan
is a lovely lady who has worked very hard for many years with many agents known
to me. She has helped me many times and she’s always prompt to return
your call. Please call her at 301-571-1476 or
voice mail pager: 202-597-9256
Christopher Cox of Acacia Federal Savings Bank.
Chris is a great loan servicer and has worked with several agents I know. You
can reach him at 703-506-8155 or on the cell phone:
202-302-0070
Paul Massaro of American Home Mortgage.
Paul is a long-time friend and works very hard: no loan too small! His company
will finance cooperatives and he has special investor funds available. You can
reach him at 301-657-8100
x230 or
voice mail pager: 202-917-2119.
PLEASE CALL any of these folks… even two or three… and get their ideas.
They’ll help… and you will benefit. I very seldom know anything about
rates and terms (I hate money!!) and always refer back to them anyway!
