Snooping around is not very productive. Realtors sense that and will forget your
phone numbers and… the big danger: you may fall in love and not be prepared
properly to buy. The property will sell quickly and you are out in the cold and…
forever… you will compare every other property you see to the one you lost.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Well-located and well-priced properties may have multiple offers. The likelihood
is that the buyers making offers have already lost a house and have approved
loan COMMITMENTS ranging to their top qualifying mortgage amounts. If you get
in a multiple situation without cash or committed financing, you lose automatically.
Don’t even
bother to do an offer. Also, let Mario tell you about the evil “escalator
